Victoria Mabel Sackey

Victoria is a social entrepreneur working to improving healthcare access in Ghana and across Africa. As Co-founder and COO of MedTrack, she leads innovative digital health solutions including a universal health records system linked to National IDs. Under her leadership, MedTrack earned recognition as second runner-up at the 2024 Sankalp Africa Awards.

Victoria is also involved in mental health awareness among youth and champions women in tech through her work with Developers in Vogue (DiV), where she led the team to win first place in the 2021 Global EdTech Startup Awards, Africa region.

As a 2024 Impact West Africa Fellow, Victoria focuses on strengthening digital health adoption, developing sustainable financing models for remote areas, and fostering collaboration among health systems to create a more equitable healthcare landscape across Africa.
