Quratulain Fatima is a Pakistani Public servant with 13 years of experience in public service where she recently served as a policy practitioner at the Prime minister’s office in Pakistan before joining as a Trade and Investment Counsellor at the Consulate General of Pakistan in Los Angeles. Previous to that she was one of the first women to join the Pakistan Airforce where she served for 08 years during Pakistan’s war on terrorism. She holds an MBA and a master’s in public policy from Oxford and a master’s in international relations from Pakistan. She has extensively worked at the intersection of Gender and Economic Development and is a co-founder of the nonprofit “Women4Peactech” which empowers rural Pakistani women through access to Technology. She was named Aspen New Voices Fellow 2018, Oxford Global leadership Fellow 2016, and BuildPeace Fellow 2018.
