Fenny Louise Taylor-Diggs is a social entrepreneur and reproductive health specialist specializing in menstrual health and gender equity. As the founder of a Urmonae Health Liberia, Fenny is committed to shifting the country from dependency on imported menstrual products to a self-sustaining menstrual economy that empowers women and improves health outcomes.
Known for designing and implementing impactful health programs, Fenny has over 7 years of experience working with nonprofits, government agencies, and private organizations across West Africa. She has successfully led diverse teams, leveraged data to inform programs, and built strategic partnerships to achieve organizational goals.
Selected as an Aspen Global Innovators Group Impact West Africa Fellow, Fenny is passionate about improving the reproductive and sexual health of women and adolescents in Liberia and aims to continue driving transformative change in menstrual economy, health and economic empowerment.
